This site was not created by any radical group with a strong political agenda. We are just ordinary citizens who feel our freedoms are being eroded year after year.
We want citizens to ask one simple question,
HOW FREE DO YOU FEEL?
It’s easy to be shocked by the way that citizens in other countries, especially China, have few freedoms. But how many do you really have? And how many have you already lost?
Fear has given governments, councils and bureaucrats the leeway to impose laws, rules and regulations upon us without being challenged.
Terrorism, crime and even disease are the common justifications.
“IN THE INTEREST OF YOUR OWN SAFETY…”
Your interest or theirs? These are often the words that come before a totalitarian state. Fear is what they use to manipulate you and justify greater control. More CCTV, data gathering, ID cards, stop and search, finger printing children in schools, even mobile fingerprint units.
All we ask is that as we live in a democracy that we retain the right to be consulted and challenge those we elect and those we don’t.
“IF YOU ARE INNOCENT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR.”
This is another quote they use to manipulate us. You have far more to fear from citizen control than you do from criminals or terrorism. Ask anyone who has lived in a tyrant society like Nazi Germany, China, Communist Russia, East Germany. They would all tell you to act now before it’s too late. History warns us again and again.

Do you feel that politicians, councils, the police, intelligence departments now see us as guilty first, and only innocent when proven? Do you feel they treat us all like possible criminals or terrorists?
We all want to live in a safe place but there are smarter ways than creating a Big Brother society.
DOES LESS FREEDOM MAKE FOR A SAFER SOCIETY?

In any society we need rules and controls so we can all live in a safe, harmonious environment. But there are those who only see bad things, who live in fear and with a sharp drawing in of breath utter the words, “What if?” These people think that less freedom is a small price to pay. We think it can be too high a price to pay, especially when there are always alternative methods that do not take away freedoms.
Remember, saying or doing nothing allows others to do as they want. There is no place where you can sit on a fence when it comes to civil liberties. You either stand up for your rights or let others stamp all over you.
THE GROWTH OF CORPORATE FASCISM
But it’s not just politics that is threatening our freedoms. Large corporations are progressively chipping away at them as well.
So all we say is to watch out for the watchers, for those chipping away at freedom. Defend your right, and those of others, to a free democracy and a free society.
Because ONCE YOU HAVE LOST YOUR FREEDOM, THERE’S NO GETTING IT BACK.
We don’t preach any politics. All we preach is that you should have an informed choice. A democratic right. That the erosion of civil liberties needs to be controlled by the public and not by a minority of civil servants, bureaucrats, councilors, politicians or even corporations.
